Wednesday came and went without me really knowing!! It was another busy day for the Durham gang (we really do need a more clever name.) We had our usual morning schedule and then off to the Think Tank for Wednesday classes.
Elijah went home with Hunter. I am absolutely sure he had a great time. He loves Hunter and together they are one motley crew! Thanks Kora for letting them do some guy "bonding" at your expense. lol.
Last night was church night. It was beach night for the Awana kids. That would explain the odd way Grace was dressed in the picture. I spent the "church time" visiting with Kathryn and some of the ladies. I know it is not very "churchy" but I feel it was very therapeutic. Maybe even cleansing and definitely renewing. Isn't that what church is suppose to be? We didn't stop any wars or world hunger, were weren't able to stop Global Warming (JOKE) or even decide who we should vote for in the next presidential election. But somehow purging your mind of all the days' JUNK and problems is such a release and I always take on a new perspective afterward. Thanks ladies for being my sounding board and letting me vent. I am a better person today because you are my friend.
Today's Scripture
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!
